Breakfast is included each morning at Tania Guest House, an elegant Georgian building 15 minutes’ walk from Holyrood Park in Edinburgh. It has been run by the same family for over 30 years, and offer free Wi-Fi.
Simply furnished and traditional in style, each light room comes with a flat-screen TV. All benefit from facilities for making tea and coffee, and some have a private bathroom while others have shared bathroom facilities.
A full Scottish breakfast is served each morning in the charming dining room, which has an open fireplace. Vegetarian options can be provided on request.
The Royal Mile is just over 20 minutes’ walk from Tania, while Edinburgh Waverly Rail Station is a 25-minute walk. Prince’s Street Gardens and the castle, where you can enjoy panoramic views over the beautiful city, are less than 2 miles away.
